Estimated delivery time to the United States is 10–15 business days after shipment. Please note that this is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on production schedules, carrier performance, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Keyaesth is not responsible for lost or delayed packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the shipment, customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs required for reshipment.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition;
- The product must include original packaging and accessories (if applicable);
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process an approved refund to the original payment method.
